Why haven't I received my order yet?
PPU is a pre-order, and it can take 3-4 weeks to receive your order once the shop closes. Canadian and international orders can take much longer.

Do you combine orders?
Yes, US ONLY. We will combine orders with the same customer info (name, email, matching address) and refund excess shipping. This is an automatic process, you don't need to contact us.
